How to create an offer

Guide to creating offers on Pakuj.se for all three groups — Accommodation, Transport and Insurance. The form adapts to the group you pick.

How to create an offer

An offer is the core product you sell on Pakuj.se. The new-offer form is the same for all groups, but the fields it shows depend on the group you pick: Accommodation, Transport or Insurance. This guide walks through the differences for each group.

Required role: Owner or Employee.

Step 1: Open the new-offer form

  1. In the left sidebar, click Offers.
  2. At the top of the page, click New offer.

Step 2: Pick the agency and group

At the top of the form:

  1. From the Agency dropdown, select the agency this offer belongs to.
  2. From the Group dropdown, choose one of:
    • Accommodation — hotels, apartments, villas, hostels.
    • Transport — bus, flight, transfers.
    • Insurance — travel, cancellation and other policies.

The fields below change as soon as you switch groups.

Step 3: Fill in the shared details

These fields appear for all three groups:

Field Required Description
Name yes The customer-facing name (e.g. "Hotel Park 4*").
Offer type yes Dropdown filtered by the chosen group.
Contact person yes Picked from the staff of the chosen agency.
Partner can sell no If ticked, partner agencies are allowed to resell this offer.

Step 4: Group-specific fields

Accommodation

Accommodation shows all the standard fields:

  • Profile image — a photo of the property (1200×800 px is a good size).
  • Phone, Email, City, Address — contact details for the property.

Accommodation does not auto-create a unit — you add rooms (units) and prices manually on the details page after saving. See Rooms, seats and policies and Offer prices.

Transport

Transport shows an extra "Transport details" section with the fields used to auto-create the first price:

Field Description
Price Base price per seat.
Partner price Override price when partners resell (optional).
Date from Start of the price validity.
Date to End of the price validity.
Number of seats Total seats available.
Departure place Free-text place (e.g. "Belgrade Main Bus Station").
Transport number Line or flight identifier.

After save, Pakuj.se auto-creates one unit (seat) and one price from the values you entered. Manually adding more units to a transport offer is not possible (the New unit button is hidden).

Insurance

Insurance shows an "Insurance details" section:

Field Description
Insurance type Dropdown of policy types (e.g. travel medical).
Number of days Length of the policy in days.
Price Base policy price.
Partner price Override price for partner agencies (optional).

Insurance hides the contact fields (phone, email, city, address) and the profile image — policies don't have a "location".

After save, Pakuj.se auto-creates one policy (unit) and one price with a one-year validity.

Step 5: Save

Click Save. You are redirected to the offer details page where:

  • Accommodation — you see an empty units table; the next step is adding a room.
  • Transport — you see one auto-created seat unit and one price.
  • Insurance — you see one auto-created policy and one price.
