How to create an agency

The first thing you do after signing in as an Owner is register your agency. The basic details you enter are also used to create your main office automatically, so you can start building offers and contracts right away.

Required role: Owner or Administrator.

Step 1: Open the new-agency form

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Agencies.
  3. At the top of the page, click New agency.

Step 2: Fill in the required fields

Every field marked with an asterisk is required. Double-check the business details — they appear later on contracts and invoices.

Field Description
Name Legal name of the agency.
Website URL of your public site (e.g. https://my-agency.com).
Company number Business registration number.
Tax ID Tax identification number.
Bank account The account partners will pay into.
City City where the main office is located.
Address Street address of the main office.
License Travel-agency licence number.
License expiration date The date on the licence — Pakuj.se warns you before it expires.
Country Country where the agency operates.

These are optional, but partners and customers expect to see them:

  • Email — the agency's public contact email.
  • Phone — the agency's contact phone.
  • Identification number — an extra identifier if you need one.
  • Complaints person — the person who handles customer complaints.
  • Accept partnership — tick this if you want other agencies to be able to resell your offers.

Step 4: Save

Click Save. You will be redirected to your agency's details page.

What happens after you save

  • The main office is created automatically from the city, address, email and phone you entered. You don't have to create it manually.
  • You can immediately add additional offices — see Adding an office.
  • You can invite employees to work in your agency — see Adding an employee.
  • You can publish your first offer — see Creating an offer.

Common issues

  • "Field is required" — one of the required fields is empty. The form highlights the missing field with a red border.
  • Licence expiration in the past — you cannot save an agency with an already expired licence. Renew the licence before continuing.
