How to register on Pakuj.se, confirm your email and sign in for the first time so you can set up your agency.

Create your Pakuj.se account

The first thing every new user does is create an account and confirm their email. This guide takes you from the registration form to your first signed-in session — about two minutes if your inbox cooperates.

Anyone can register. New accounts are automatically given the Owner role and the Free plan, so you can create your agency as soon as you sign in. Employees do not self-register — their accounts are created by the agency owner from the Employees page.

Step 1: Open the registration form

  1. On the home page, click Sign up in the top-right corner, or open the registration page directly: /Identity/Account/Register.
  2. The form asks for your name, email and a password.

Step 2: Fill in your details

Field Required Description
First name yes At least three characters.
Last name yes At least three characters.
Email yes Use a real address — this is how we send the confirmation link and any later notifications.
Password yes Minimum 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one digit.
Confirm password yes Must match the password above.

The password rules tick green as you type, so you can see at a glance which ones are still missing.

Step 3: Confirm your email

  1. Submit the form. A confirmation email is sent to the address you entered.
  2. Open the email and click the Confirm your account link.
  3. The link opens a confirmation page. Once you see the success message, the account is active.

Your account must be confirmed before you can sign in. Unconfirmed accounts are removed by the platform's daily cleanup job.

Step 4: Sign in for the first time

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email and password from Step 2.
  3. Click Log in.

Common issues

  • No email arrived. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there after five minutes, return to the sign-in page and use Resend confirmation email.
  • Confirmation link says "invalid". Confirmation links expire after a few hours for security. Use Resend confirmation email to get a fresh one.
  • "Email already registered". You already have an account on this address. Use forgot password to recover it.
  • Password rules won't turn green. All four rules must hold at the same time: length ≥8, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a digit.
