AI Contract Assistant
The AI Contract Assistant is a chat panel that appears beside the contract creation form. You can describe the customer's request in natural language, ask the assistant to find specific offers, or tell it to fill in particular fields — all without leaving the form.
Required role: Owner or Employee.
Before this works
This feature is only visible if the Owner of your agency has:
- Configured an AI provider and API key under Agency → Edit → AI Settings.
- Enabled the AI Contract Assistant toggle.
If you do not see the chat panel beside the contract creation form, ask the Owner to check Agency AI Settings.
How to open the assistant
- Go to Contracts and click New contract.
- The AI Assistant chat panel is visible on the right side of the page (on narrow screens it collapses to a toggle button at the bottom-right).
- Type your first message and press Enter or click Send.
The assistant greets you and is ready to help.
What the assistant can do
Find offers
Ask the assistant to search your catalog by describing what the customer needs. The assistant searches across your own offers and partner offers.
Example messages:
- "Find a hotel in Kopaonik for February, around €80 per night."
- "Is there a bus from Novi Sad to Tivat on the 15th of July?"
- "Show me travel insurance for a family of 4 for 14 days."
The assistant returns a list of matching offers with scores and short explanations. You can then tell it to pre-fill the form with a specific result.
Pre-fill form fields
Once you are happy with a recommendation, you can ask the assistant to apply it to the form.
Example messages:
- "Use the first hotel for the accommodation."
- "Select the cheapest insurance option."
- "Fill in the departure date as 15 July 2026."
The assistant updates the relevant fields in the form automatically. You can still change anything it fills in by clicking the field directly.
Answer questions
The assistant also answers general questions about the contract form:
- "What is the VAT field for?"
- "Where do I add extra passengers?"
- "What does the discount percentage apply to?"
Tips
- The assistant remembers the conversation within the current session. You do not need to repeat context from earlier messages.
- If the assistant fills in a field incorrectly, simply type a correction: "Actually, change the check-in date to 20 July."
- The conversation is not saved once you navigate away. Start fresh on each new contract.
- The assistant cannot submit the contract for you. Always review the form and click Create Contract yourself.
Frequently asked questions
The assistant suggested an offer that is not in my catalog. What happened?
The assistant only suggests offers from your own catalog and accepted partner
catalogs. If a suggestion looks unfamiliar, it is most likely a partner offer
(marked with ★). If it does not appear in the offer list at all, please
report this as a bug.
Can the assistant add passengers to the contract?
Not directly. The assistant can pre-fill traveller detail fields if you
describe the person, but adding an extra passenger card requires clicking
Add Passenger manually.
What language should I use?
The assistant responds in the same language you write in. Serbian and English
are both fully supported.
Is the conversation private?
The conversation is associated with your agency and user account. It is not
shared with other agencies or users.
I don't see the chat panel beside the contract form. What should I do?
The AI Contract Assistant toggle is likely not enabled for your agency. If you
are the Owner, open Agency → Edit → AI Settings and enable AI Contract
Assistant. If you are an Employee, ask the Owner to do this.
