AI Offer Proposal
When creating a contract, you can describe the customer's request and let the AI pre-select the best matching offers for you. Instead of scrolling through the offer list, type a brief description and the form fills in automatically.
Required role: Owner or Employee.
At least one offer with an active price must exist before using this feature.
Before this works
This feature is only visible if the Owner of your agency has:
- Configured an AI provider and API key under Agency → Edit → AI Settings.
- Enabled the AI Offer Proposal toggle.
If you do not see an AI panel at the top of the contract creation form, ask the Owner to check Agency AI Settings.
How to use AI Offer Proposal
- Go to Contracts in the left sidebar and click New contract.
- At the top of the contract creation form, find the AI Assistant panel (collapsed by default — click the heading to expand it).
- In the Describe the customer's request field, type a description of
what the customer wants. Be as specific as you like:
- "Family of 4, 7 nights in July, accommodation in Ohrid, budget €1,500"
- "Business trip, 2 people, Belgrade to Vienna, fly out Friday return Sunday"
- "Senior couple, 10-day cruise, full-board, with travel insurance"
- Click Propose offers.
The AI analyses your catalog and pre-selects the most suitable options:
- Accommodation — the best matching hotel or other accommodation.
- Transport — the most suitable departure or flight.
- Insurance — the most appropriate policy.
Each pre-selected item is highlighted in the offer lists. The price summary updates automatically to reflect the pre-selection.
- Review the pre-selected offers. Accept them as-is, or adjust by clicking other offers in the list as you normally would.
- Continue filling in traveller details and submit the contract.
Tips for better proposals
- Mention the destination, travel dates, number of people, and budget when you have that information — the more context, the better the match.
- If the proposal does not look right, clear the selection and try rephrasing the description, or switch to manual selection.
- The AI can only propose offers that exist in your catalog with an active price. If a category returns no proposal, it means no suitable offer exists.
Frequently asked questions
The AI pre-selected an offer I don't want. Can I change it?
Yes. Just click a different offer in the list to deselect the AI's choice and
select your own. The AI proposal is a starting point, not a final decision.
The AI did not pre-select any transport. Why?
Either no transport offer matches the dates and route implied by the
description, or no transport offer exists with an active price. The AI leaves
the field empty in that case rather than guessing.
Does the AI proposal modify anything permanently?
No. It only pre-selects options in the form. Nothing is saved until you click
Create Contract.
Can the AI take budget into account?
The AI tries to match on price when you mention a budget, but it works best
as a soft hint rather than a hard filter. Always verify the price summary
before submitting.
I don't see the AI panel in the contract form. What should I do?
The AI Offer Proposal toggle is likely not enabled for your agency. If you are
the Owner, open Agency → Edit → AI Settings and enable AI Offer
Proposal. If you are an Employee, ask the Owner to do this.
