Search your offer catalog using plain language instead of exact names. Type what the customer is looking for and get a ranked list of matching offers with explanations.

AI Offer Search

The AI Offer Search lets you find offers by describing what the customer wants, rather than typing an exact offer name. The AI reads your whole catalog and returns the most relevant results, sorted by relevance, with a short explanation for each match.

Required role: Owner or Employee.

Before this works

This feature is only visible if the Owner of your agency has:

  1. Configured an AI provider and API key under Agency → Edit → AI Settings.
  2. Enabled the AI Offer Search toggle.

If you do not see the ✨ Ask AI button on the Offers page, ask the Owner to check Agency AI Settings.

  1. Go to Offers in the left sidebar.
  2. At the top of the offer list, click ✨ Ask AI. The standard search bar is replaced with the AI search bar.
  3. Type your query in plain language. Examples:
    • "beach hotel near Ohrid for July"
    • "bus to Athens for 4 people"
    • "family insurance for 10 days"
  4. Click Ask AI or press Enter.

Pakuj.se sends the query to the AI and highlights the matching offers in the list. Non-matching offers are hidden. Under each matched offer you will see a short rationale — the AI's reason for including that offer.

  1. Click × Clear to exit AI search mode and return to the full offer list.

Tips for better results

  • Write queries the way a customer would describe their trip, not the way you named the offer.
  • Include dates, destinations, group size, or budget if they matter.
  • The AI searches across all your own offers and partner offers (those are marked with a ★ symbol in the results).
  • If the results look wrong, try rephrasing. For example, instead of "hotels beograd" try "hotel in Belgrade city centre".

Limitations

  • AI search is not a replacement for the standard search when you already know the exact offer name — the standard search is faster for that.
  • Results are based on the current catalog snapshot. Newly created offers may take a moment to appear in AI search results.
  • The AI returns up to 10 results by default. If your query is very broad, narrow it down.

Frequently asked questions

Why did the AI not find an offer I know exists?
The AI ranks by relevance — very loosely matching offers may fall outside the top 10 and not be shown. Try a more specific query, or use the standard search to find the offer by name.

Can I use AI search in Serbian?
Yes. Type your query in Serbian and the AI will respond in Serbian. The offer list is the same regardless of language.

Does AI search affect the offers themselves?
No. AI search is read-only. It never modifies offer data.

I don't see the ✨ Ask AI button. What should I do?
The AI Offer Search toggle is likely not enabled for your agency. If you are the Owner, open Agency → Edit → AI Settings and enable AI Offer Search. If you are an Employee, ask the Owner to do this.
