AI features on Pakuj.se

Pakuj.se offers four AI tools that help you find offers faster, create contracts, and import data from Excel. AI is off by default — each agency turns it on for itself, uses its own API key, and pays its own provider directly.

Required role: Owner — for setup. Employees use the AI features after the Owner enables them.

What you get

Feature What it does Guide
AI Offer Search Find offers by describing what the customer wants, instead of typing the exact name. AI Offer Search
AI Offer Proposal Describe the trip and the AI pre-selects accommodation, transport, and insurance in the contract form. AI Offer Proposal
AI Contract Assistant Chat with an assistant while filling in the contract form — it searches the catalog and fills in fields. AI Contract Assistant
Import offers from Excel (AI mode) Upload a spreadsheet with any column headers and the AI maps them automatically. Import from Excel

What you need

  • An agency Owner account on Pakuj.se.
  • An account with one of the supported AI providers: Google Gemini or Anthropic (Claude). Creating an account is free.
  • A few euros of credit on that account (Gemini has a free tier; Anthropic requires a minimum top-up of ~€5).
  • About 10 minutes to set everything up.

How to get started

Step 1: Read the Agency AI Settings guide. It walks you through creating an API key at the provider's website.

Step 2: In Pakuj.se, open Agency → Edit → AI Settings and enter your provider, model, and API key.

Step 3: On the same tab, use the toggles to enable exactly the features you plan to use. Each AI call costs a small amount of credit — only enable what you will actually use.

Click Save. Done — the AI buttons and panels immediately become visible to employees in your agency.

What if I don't enable AI?

Nothing breaks. All core Pakuj.se features work normally.

  • AI buttons and panels are simply not shown.
  • Excel import still works — in strict mode, where the file must use exact standard column headers from a template you can download directly from the import page.
