Subscription plans and what counts toward your limits

Every Pakuj.se Owner is on one of three plans: Free, Business or Pro. The plan caps how many agencies, offices, employees and offer prices you can create. New accounts start on Free; you can request an upgrade at any time.

Required role: Owner. Plan changes are performed by a Pakuj.se administrator after you reach out — see Change my plan below.

What each plan allows

Limits below apply per Owner, summed across all of your agencies. means unlimited.

A few rules to keep in mind:

  • Agencies, offices and employees are live counts. Delete an office and the slot frees up immediately.
  • Offer prices are counted for life. Every price you ever create adds 1 to the counter; deleting a price does not free up the slot. Plan with this in mind on Free and Business.
  • Deleted agencies don't count. Removing an agency takes it (and its offices/employees) out of the live counts but keeps your contracts and invoices intact for record-keeping.

Where to see your current plan

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open My plan from the user menu, or go directly to /MyPlan.

The page shows:

  • Your active plan and the date it started.
  • A usage bar for each of the four limits (live count vs. cap).
  • Your personal plan history (every change, with the reason).

The same usage bars appear on the agency dashboard so you can spot a hard limit before you hit it. When a limit is reached, the corresponding Create button is disabled with a tooltip explaining why.

What happens when I hit a limit

Pakuj.se blocks the action with a clear message rather than letting it through and breaking later. For example:

  • "You have reached the agencies limit for the Free plan."
  • "Lifetime offer-price quota exhausted on this plan."

To create more, free up live slots (delete an office or an employee) or request a plan upgrade.

Change my plan

Plan changes are processed by an administrator. To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Go to /MyPlan and check that your current usage fits the plan you want.
  2. Contact us with the plan you'd like.
  3. The administrator switches your plan; the change takes effect immediately and is recorded in your plan history.

Downgrades are only allowed if your current usage already fits the new plan. If you have 3 agencies and want to drop to Business (2 agencies), you must delete an agency first.

Inactivity and account cleanup

Pakuj.se runs a daily housekeeping job that keeps the platform tidy:

  • Accounts that never confirmed their email are removed after 7 days.
  • Free Owners with zero agencies are removed after 30 days of inactivity.
  • Owners who have not signed in for 6 months receive a warning email.
  • Owners inactive for 12 months are removed entirely.

Sign in at least once every few months and you'll never see this. The thresholds are visible (and tunable) in admin settings.

Common issues

  • The "Create" button is greyed out. A live limit on your plan is full. Hover the button — the tooltip names the limit (agencies, offices, employees or offer prices). Free a slot or upgrade.
  • "Lifetime offer-price quota exhausted". You've created the maximum number of offer prices ever allowed by your plan. Deleting prices does not help — only an upgrade does.
  • "Cannot downgrade — current usage exceeds new plan limits". Reduce what you have first, then ask for the downgrade again.
